How to use it

Install & open. Run the installer, launch SureAudit Modular, then press Continue to start.

Step 1 · Ingest. Drop in your ledger file(s) — Excel (.xlsx/.xls/.csv) or PDF, one or several at once. The app maps the columns and shows what is missing.

Steps 2–3 · Details & review. Confirm the client profile (company, entity type, financial year end, turnover/assets/staff) and review the findings. Press Save to ledger.

Step 4 · Draft financial statements. Upload the four statutory PDFs — Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, General Ledger — then click Run pre-check & build. The gatekeeper must return GREEN (all four found, consistent FYE).

Render & save. Click Render draft PDF to preview, then Save & open to export the draft (DRAFT watermark is by design).

Finalize for auditor. Fill in the firm & company particulars (audit firm, AF number, signing partner, report date, location, company reg. no., directors, Commissioner of Oaths), tick the applicable flags, then click Finalize for auditor. It saves the full package and the SSM compliance workpaper.

Step 5 · SME triage. Upload the draft financial statements PDF, confirm the extracted figures, then click Run SSM exemption assessment. The app returns the audit route (exempt / full statutory audit) plus planning materiality.
